With the intention of celebrating the 100th anniversary of Moto Guzzi, founded in Genoa on 15 March 1921, this biography recounts the military, sporting and human qualities of Giorgio Parodi who, with his flying companion Lieutenant Giovanni Ravelli and motor marshal Carlo Guzzi, in the enthusiasm of the just ended First World War, decided to build an Italian "motocyclette" with innovative characteristics.
Thus was born the Società Anonima Moto Guzzi, which still today successfully carries the brand name with the eagle with spread wings around the world.
